Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To start a return, email georgi.panaiotov26@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If it has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss of value. After telling us you wish to return an item, please send it back within 14 days. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return shipping.

We will refund your payment, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of your return request. We may wait until we receive the item or you provide proof that you sent it back. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email georgi.panaiotov26@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any return shipping we require. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

You can request cancellation before your order enters fulfillment by emailing us promptly. Once fulfillment begins, the return process above applies.
